Nifty Futures 11am Call
11AM: Nifty Futures opened today at 6021 against its previous close of 6007, and is currently trading at 6044. It has so far recorded a HIGH of 6055 & a LOW of 6005. Asian cues are mixed, US futures are in green, and European markets may open slightly in negative today. The trading range for NF today is likely to be 5980-6070. Nifty will trade most part of the day today in green, however the last hour of trade will see heavy selling to force nifty to post a near flat closing.

ReplyDeleteNeelima, market may take a few days to absorb the renewed selling pressure. But we will see nifty bouncing back above 6000 very fast every time it falls below 6000. Nothing to worry so long as you hold Nov futures.

You have posted here at 12:04 to short nifty at 6070.But at 12:04 Nifty had aready touched 6070 and had fallen fast.So in future pl.give atleast 15 minutes in advance.Also clarify that if Nifty goes to 6040 and then comes back to 6070,can one short(having missed the first instance)?

ReplyDeleteWith just 6 days to go for expiry,the mkt would be volatile and both CE and PE options would lose value.The proccess would be as follows:
From 6000 nifty moves up to 6040 and the 6000PE options would become 55 to 40 but the 6100CE would remain same.Then Nifty would be taken down and now 6000PE options would not gain what it had lost but 6100PE would lose substantially.
Nifty spot 6020 is the key point to watch today.If it falls below say 6015 and is not able to recover above 6025,then it would be all the way down.
Nifty can close on the bottom side up to 5860 which is its 50dema as of now.
The above may be confusing but thats the way the mkt would work in the next few days.

ReplyDeleteAll the dips in nifty will be bought into slowly and steadily. By the time, the bearish TA experts realise this, it is too late, and their short covering will enable nifty to post further high.
