DAILY VIEWS ON NIFTY & STOCKS - 04.11.2010 (Thursday)

Nifty Futures 11am Call

11am: Nifty Futures opened today at 6245 against its previous close of 6191, and is currently trading at 6285. It has so far recorded a HIGH of 6299 & a LOW of 6222. Asian cues are positive, US futures are just flat, and European markets may open in positive today. The trading range for NF today is likely to be 6222-6320. Nifty will make all the preparations today so as to enable it to trade above 6300 tomorrow in the Muhurat trading.

    Ganapat, I have already told in this blog that we will see 6300 in Nov.

    I have also said Nifty is on its way to surpass its previous life time high.

    Once nifty reaches its previous L/T high, we will see flood gate opening for dormant investors and new investors.

    Nifty level of 15K is easy on this bull phase which has recently been confirmed.

    Nifty futures traded today almost in the trading range indicated in my 11am report, by trading in 6222-6310 range against 6222-6320 indicated.

    Nifty spot will now trade above 6300 level tomorrow in Muhurat trading.

    Profit booking will no doubt reduce the heavy premium which nifty futures was commanding on the spot.

    Speculative buying will give way to investment buying now for next few months, before speculation once again comes into play.

    Alternative bouts of speculation and investment will take nifty to dizzy heights in the weeks/months to come, coupled with periodical profit booking.

    REMAIN INVESTED IN EQUITIES TO MAKE MOST OF THE BULL PHASE WHICH HAS BEEN CONFIRMED ONLY RECENTLY.
