MUHURAT TRADING SPECIAL - 05.11.2010 (Friday)

Nifty Life Time High Today?!?!?

1.30pm: I have been saying that nifty would see 6300 in November, and that it will record its new life time high within a maximum of 2-3 weeks of Deepavali.

God! It appears nifty will give Deepavali Gift to all those who are long by recording a new life time high in Muhurat trading itself.

Nifty is all poised to surpass its previous life time high in today's Muhurat Trading, but profit taking could step in as most of the players would like to book profit in the very first trading day of their traditional accounting year.

My Answer: Nifty is already in its lower side of a LONG TERM BULL PHASE which has just begun. No question of deep correction. We will only see periodic healthy correction caused by profit taking. All such corrections will be bought into with higher liquidity. What we are seeing right now is normal profit booking by current short term players coupled with those investors who so far were dormant and like to book profit in their counters which so far were in red.

Dont part with any of your investment stocks. Do keep on adding under valued shares. Pl tune in to this blog for knowing which are the under valued shares.

    Hi all,

    I have a strong recommendation of a stock today as Deepavali Gift. The stock is priced at around 110 (FV 2), and the target for next Deepavali is 330. Just wait for the detailed write up.

    Nifty futures premium on the spot is fast coming down, indicating profit booking/bull unloading at higher level.

    Nifty futures will trade in tight range of 30 points from 6320-6349, but nifty spot is likely to record a close above 6300.

    hi kadiyali sir, I booked partial profits in my longs in muhurat trading @6325 level (bought on 2nd november at 6189). Where do you expect the market to head from here?..Do you expect a small correction as the levels seem overbought? Or market will continue its uptrend till 6400-6500?

    You know that i am holding ABAN FUTURE from 803.5/-, and their Q2 Results announcement due.. whats the expected out come? and will there any negative impact?
