DAILY REPORT ON NIFTY BY kadiyali - 28.08.09 (Friday)

Nifty Futures Morning Call
11AM...Nifty Futures opened today at 4705 against its previous close of 4697, and is currently trading at 4694. It has so far recorded a HIGH of 4705 & a LOW of 4682. Asian cues are generally positive, US futures are marginally in red, and European markets may open higher today due to jump in oil prices. Nifty is all set today to aim to get that elusive break out above 4700, trade in positive except for a few minor dips to negative in the early part of the day, and will close the day in positive above 4700. Trading range for NF today is likely to be 4680-4760.

Market Closing Report

Nifty futures closed the day at 4730, up 32 points, after touching a high of 4753 & a low of 4643.

NIFTY OUTLOOK

After 3 days of struggle to go past 4700 mark, Nifty finally managed to go past 4700 in style, and closed the day at 4732, up 44 points. In the process nifty recorded its 7th consecutive daily positive close as well as its highest 2009 close. FIIs net bought 554cr & DIIs net bought 5cr. Nifty is now more than likely to have a minor pull back towards 4600 before climbing further highs.
Nifty levels for 31.08.09 Monday are: PIVOT 4709, R1 4767 & R2 4801, S1 4675 & S2 4612.

  4. Today boss will not answer any querries & asked us not to go on any long ( just check the optionblog) as he is going out of station.
    So holiday today till monday for us.
