DAILY REPORT ON NIFTY BY kadiyali - 14.07.09 (Tuesday)

Nifty Futures Morning Call

11AM...Nifty Futures opened today gap up at 4025 against its previous close of 3965, and is currently trading at 4056. It has so far recorded a HIGH of 4064 & a LOW of 4018. Asian cues are positive, US futures are in green, and European markets will open in positive tracking the Wall Street gains.  In short, a bullish day is in front of us. The current low of 4018 will in all likelihood will not get breached, whereas on the upper side we will see new highs being recorded throughout the day.  NF is likely to trade in the range of 4018 - 4130 today.

Nifty Futures Closing Report

3.30PM...Nifty futures closed the day at 4133, up 168 points, with the opening low of 4018 remaining the low of the day, and 4135 as the high of the day. It traded in the range of 4108 - 4135, exactly in the trading range indicated in my 11AM report.

NIFTY OUTLOOK

Nifty had a highly bullish but unexpectedly volatile trade today, opening the day with a positive gap & closing the day at day's high at 4111, up 137 points. FIIs net bought 87cr & DIIs net bought 200cr.  Nifty is now slowly again  entering the Sell on Rise zone, with the current pull back rally likely to last maximum till 4230.  Any rise from hereon should be utilised first to get out of positional longs, and next to initiate some positional shorts.

Nifty levels for 15.07.09 Wednesday are: PIVOT 4071, R1 4169 & R2 4226, S1 4014 & S2 3916.

Though some trades go against your prediction, on the whole, i found your guidance will be very useful to your followers. For example yesterday the market went up by more than 100 points (NF) but you did not give any call. I was waiting for your call. Like me many would have been watching your home page. Now i have more confidence in you. Your guidance is very important to all of us.
    I request you to teach us also the technical analysis of the market. It will be very useful. I hope you may spend your valuable time for us. Other members and followers of your blog may agree with my humble suggestion. Thanks & regards. Sundaram.
