INTRADAY TRADING IN NIFTY FUTURES - A GOLD MINE.

I am one of the active boarders of the Message Board of Moneycontrol.com (MMB). I am posting my Nifty Futures Trading Calls on 'Market Strategy - Day Trading' Section of the said MMB every trading day, under my id 'kadiyali'. Interested investors may track my trading calls from MMB, and trade in Nifty Futures for a handsome & regular intraday gains.

GUIDELINES FOR NIFTY FUTURES TRADING: All investors are requested to note the following guidelines while trading intraday in Nifty Futures.

1. Only after tracking my Nifty Future Trading Calls for full 10 days & satisfying about high rate of success, one should get into actual trading.

2. One should start actual trading with ONLY ONE LOT & not more than one lot, and the funds required for this is appx Rs 36,000 (margin + cushion for initial trade loss). This original investment should be strictly out of one's savings, and one should not resort to borrowings to start this trading.

3. I may be able to give only 12 calls in a calendar month, and the success rate of my NF trading calls is 2 out of 3, with chances of one out of every three calls hitting the stop loss. Hence one should trade with STRICT STOP LOSS, mentioned by me in the trading call.

4. I give the call only if & when there is a possibility of gaining 50 points. So my Target 1 will be exactly 50 points, and Target 2 will be appx 25-30 points from Target 1.

5. After taking a position and once T1 is 15 points away, y0u should place your order for booking the profits at 50 points from your purchase rate. You should never aim at T2 in the beginning, and be satisfied with only 50 points gain. Similarly this is a DAY TRADING CALL, and hence the position should not be carried over to next day under any circumstances.

6. Any of the days if stop loss is hit, the next day you can aim at T2 to recover your previous day loss

7. Once you trade in NF for two months, you should be reasonably able to earn profits equal to your original investment. Only after this is achieved, you can start trading in TWO LOTS.

8. About a month from the date of starting your two lots trade, you will be able to earn profits equal to your original investment of 36K, which should be promptly transferred back to your bank account, and continue to trade in two lots, WITHOUT ANY FEAR, as the funds deployed thereafter in daily trading will be out of the profits earned by you.

9. Once you start earning daily profits out of FREE TWO LOTS as mentioned in para 8 above, these profits can be invested in select BLUE CHIPS, and thereby build up a free Blue Chip Portfolio.

If you trade in Nifty Futures without deviation of any of the above guidelines, within 3 months from the date of your starting the NF Trading, with 36K investment, you will be able to (a) withdraw your original investment, (b) earn 2 free NF lots, and (c) keep earning monthly returns to invest in Blue Chips.

Now my calculation & assumptions: only 12 calls in a month, out of which 4 can fail, giving 8 successful trades, loss incurred in 4 failed trades will be recovered next day with T2 aim, thus Total Profit = 50 points per lot of 50 NF = 50 x 50 = 2500 per day multiplied by 8 successful trading days = 2500 x 8 = 20,000 less brokerage 2000 = net profit = 18,000.

A RETURN OF 50% PER MONTH ON THE ORIGINAL INVESTMENT OF 36,000.

Disclaimer: Nifty Futures Trading is subject to market risk & my trading calls can fail beyond my claim of 4 out of 12 calls due to human error. Follow my trade only with risk inherent in such trades.

11AM...Nifty Futures opened today at 4358 against its previous close of 4338, and is currently trading at 4223. It has so far recorded a HIGH of 4358 & a LOW of 4305. Asian cues are mixed, US futures are in red, and European markets may open in negative today after yesterday's gains. Local factors like Economic Survey & nearness to the budget too could have bearing on NF movement. NF is likely to trade today in the range of 4260-4370.

11.30AM...NF has been trading rangebound, now at 4330, waiting for a direction from European markets, which are expected to open in negative today with FTSE expected to open 25 points lower.

12.10PM...NF now at 4375. Go SHORT. SL 4401. Target 1 - 4325. Target 2 - 4292.

12.25PM... NF after breaking its morning high of 4358 & touching a fresh high of 4376, started sliding down, and now trading at 4321. Thus Target 1 (4325) of my 12.10PM call is thus achieved.

12.50PM...NF has breached its morning low of 4305, recorded a new low of 4291, and is now at 4301. In the process, Target 2 (4292) of my 12.10PM call also is achieved.

1.30PM...NF has breached its above low of 4291 & touched a further low of 4276, and is now trading at 4290.

2.30PM...NF after touching the low of 4276 has been rising slowly & steadily for the last one hour, has already recovered above 4300 level, and is now at 4312.

3.30PM...Nifty futures closed the day just flat 4340.

NIFTY OUTLOOK

Nifty had whipsaw trading today, going up 40 points above its previous close in the morning, and then falling 50 points below its previous close around noon, and finally closing the day near flat at 4349, up just 8 points. FIIs net bought 247cr & DIIs net bought 213cr. Technically, nifty is all set to breach its intraday low of 4313 touched on 23rd in the coming days, unless an out of the box surprise budget gives nifty a close above 4450 on Monday.

MY DAILY REPORT ON NIFTY - 03.07.2009 (Friday)

Running Views on Nifty Futures.

11.15AM...Nifty Futures opened today in negative at 4315 against its previous close of 4345, and is currently trading at 4346. It has so far recorded a HIGH of 4358 & a LOW of 4305. Asian cues are negative, but US futures are in green, and European markets may open just flat today after yesterday's massive loss. Today being the last trading day before the Union Budget, good buying can be seen throughout the day. The morning low of 4305 may not get breached today, and may remain the low of the day, and on higher side, NF may go past 4400. In short, a day of positive close with substantial gains is on the cards.

12.30PM...Slow & steady buying has enabled NF to break its morning high of 4358 by recording a fresh high of 4371, and is now at 4361.

1.00PM...NF after touching the above high of 4371 has been sliding down, and is now at 4346. European markets have opened in green today, but are trading near flat in red now, amidst low volume due to closure of US market today. US futures continue to be in green. Now on, NF will again start its rise with the budget-eve buying.

1.42PM...NF now at 4333. Go LONG. SL 4289. Target 1 - 4383. Target 2 - 4410.

2.00PM...NF is witnessing fierce tug of war between bulls & bears, and is now trading at 4349. Just place the trailing stop loss at buying price+brokerage, so that there will not be any loss in my 1.42PM call of going long at 4333.

2.15PM...NF has broken its earlier high of 4371 by touching a new high of 4389, and is now at 4381. In the process, Target 1 (4383) of my 1.42PM call is achieved.

2.45PM...NF has gone past 4400 mark as indicated in my 11.15AM report, has broken its earlier high of 4389 by touching a new high of 4415, and is now at 4411. In the process, Target 2 (4410) of my 1.42PM call is also achieved.

3.30PM...Nifty futures after touching a final high of 4434 has closed the day at 4424, up 80 points.

NIFTY OUTLOOK

Though Nifty traded today in negative in the early hours, buying support on Budget expectations enabled nifty to post a handsome gain for the day, and nifty ended the day at 4424, up 75 points. FIIs net bought 211cr & DIIs net bought 299cr. Nifty is now very close to its tough resistance of 4440, the strength of bulls & bears are evenly matched, and there is a strong possibility of highly volatile trades on Monday, the Budget presentation day, throughout the day. If nifty gets a close above 4450 on Monday, the near term target of nifty of 4050 may be revised to 4700. However, the short term target of 3800 will remain intact.

Nifty levels for 06.07.09 Monday are: PIVOT 4386, R1 4473 & R2 4521, S1 4337 & S2 4250.
