DAILY REPORT ON NIFTY BY kadiyali - 21.07.09 (Tuesday)

Nifty Futures Morning Call

Nifty Futures opened today in negtive at 4486 against its previous close of 4510, and is currently trading at 4491. It has so far recorded a HIGH of 4506 & a LOW of 4456. Asian cues are positive, but US futures are in red, and European markets may open today in positive to continue their gains for the 7th day. As nifty has already recorded a non-stop gain of 500+ points till yesterday, nifty may see alternative bouts of buying & selling today, and may ultimately end the day in negative with small loss. NF is likely to trade today in the range of 4430 - 4540.

Market Close Report

As indicated in my 11AM report, Nifty faced alternative bouts of buying & selling, and closed the day in negative with small loss of 40 points. Nifty futures closed the day at 4471, down 39 points, after touching a low of 4438. The morning high of 4506 remained the high of the day.

NIFTY OUTLOOK

Nifty had a session of profit taking today after it had added 12% in 6 days, traded in negative for most part of the day, and closed the day in negative at 4469, down 33 points. FIIs net sold 251cr & DIIs net sold 7cr.  Nifty is likely to drift down lower in the coming session or two. All such falls should be utilised to add longs for a target of 4700.

Nifty levels for 22.07.09 Wednesday are: PIVOT 4476, R1 4516 & R2 4564, S1 4429 & S2 4389.

    your market guide for the day are useful in the sense that you seem to have a natural instinct for market trend.
    Please keep doing the nice job.

    By the way, since last few days, nifty calls are not coming. Any specific reason or market volatility only (saving the weaks from risk).

    There was talk in MMB that some paid subscription companies are using your report and guiding their client,Is it the reason you have stopped giving NF calls.
