NIFTY OUTLOOK
Nifty had a volatile trade today within a small range, but managed to close the day in positive for the fourth day in succession, at 4814, up 9 points. FIIs net bought 193cr & DIIs net bought 239cr. Nifty has been showing a tendency to rise without yielding to any profit taking, which is not a healthy sign, and any rise from here without scaling back may lead to sudden slide.
Nifty levels for 10.09.09 Thursday are: PIVOT 4808, R1 4832 & R2 4849, S1 4790 & S2 4766.
Gdmrning Sir,
ReplyDeleteCan a short be initiated at 4820 levels?
kadiyali sir,
ReplyDeleteIt looks like we can short tata motors at 560 SL-565 for a decent intra day gain of 10-15 points.
I am just learning from experts like you. Correct me if i am wrong on this.
Good morning sir,
ReplyDeleteWhat is your target on nifty when the expected profit booking takes place within one or two days?
Sir,
ReplyDeleteWhat is the prospect of GVK Power frm these levels?
arun, instead of Tata Motors, short for intraday Aban above 1540 for a good intraday gain.
ReplyDeleteSandip, no use in taking any short position till 1PM today because the current levels may be maitained till then. Short after 1PM.
ReplyDeletethanks kadiyali ji
ReplyDeleteFifth day in a row with Nifty in the green, jumpd over 250 pts.....
ReplyDeleteSir, where's the market heading ?
Sir, Can we buy 4500 PE below 25 today? Should we add more TTML at the present level?
ReplyDeleteThanks...Krishnan
Krishnan, whatever TTML you have bought hold for the target of 50. Dont add any further.
ReplyDeleteReg 4500PE, I had given in my Weekly Report a strategy to accumulate 4400PE below 20, which yesterday I modified it to accumulate 4500PE below 25. In my opinion, it is a sure shot 75 target candidate well before expiry. However, buy the same only out of profits made in stock trading.
Thank you very much Sir.
ReplyDeleteKrishnan
Hi Kadiyali Sir:
ReplyDeleteI have been following your posts for a couple of months now and on average made profits following your advice, but looks like I today have taken too greater a risk for myself. I have shorted two future lots of ABAN @ 1531 and it has not traded below my rate since short initiation. Please guide me.
Regards,
riskytrader, I feel you have not taken a great risk. You are likely to gain in this trade. But do note to come out of one, when you see a good gain, so as to reduce the cost of the other lot.
ReplyDeleteTnx for the prompt guidance Kadiyali ji. Will sure do as advised.
ReplyDeleteRegards,
Sir ,
ReplyDeleteI have shortd NF@ 4821....plz helpme with the intraday targets .
Sandip, you will get minimum 50 poits. Keep the SL at 4839.
ReplyDeleteThanks Sir...fingers crossed. :)
ReplyDeleteKadiyali ji,
ReplyDeleteI shorted aban future 1 lot at 1540. Do you think I will get at least 20 points today?
Anirban, why only 20 points, you will get full 50 points at least in Aban, if not my target of 1460.
ReplyDeleteSir, nifty finding it difficult to substantially break the 4800 mark towards the downside. Is there any support level at 4800 as such?
ReplyDeleteSandeep, if not for Reliance, market would have tanked by now.
ReplyDeleteSandip, first two hours positive, next 2 (or 1.5) hours indecisive, third part of the session ALL RED. That is why I said wait till 1PM. Anyway your level is high, no worry.
ReplyDeleteSir, What is your view on MAYTAS INFRA? Can I invest in it after the finalisation of take over decision by IL & FS. I could not buy it earlier when you reccommended.
ReplyDeleteThanks...Krishnan
Sumbuddy go n spread a few rumours abt reliance losses........market will tank in no time...hihihi
ReplyDeleteSir, ABAN is really testing our patience. It is just taking too much time to test its low. I am sure once it breaks its low, there can be free fall of 20-30 points on this one.
ReplyDeleteRegards,
so can we expect NF short call during 3rd(LAST) session if there's an opportunity for 50 points? kindly advise.
ReplyDeleteCheers
Hello Kadiyali Sir,
ReplyDeleteHow much margin you require to Short aban in ur account? In ICICI Direct it is asking for more than 2L of margin money.
Thanks.
If thats the case RK, then definately aban is tanking ,as Sirji said.
ReplyDeletesandip ..watch the chart could help us understand the trend a bit I suppose than spreading humours ;)lol (just kidding buddy)
ReplyDeletekrishna, I am just waiting NF to recover above 4800 to give a SHORT call, so that we can get at least 50 points. If NF falls without giving that chance, any way most of us here are holding lots of nifty puts.
ReplyDeleteRK, a minimum of 1.5lac is the margin required for ABAN future.
ReplyDeletecharts goin bizzarre , my frend !!! humorously enuf !!! lol
ReplyDeleteThanks for replying, Kadiyali Ji.
ReplyDeleteSirji what is your view on Reliance
ReplyDeleteNF above 4800
ReplyDeletePraveen, see my 1.38PM call above.
ReplyDeleteMr.Kadiyali
ReplyDeleteSold NF @4802,and waiting for ABAN target but it is going up to1530 from 1521 in futures, is it worth to wait for 50points .
Sir can buy 4800 pe at 112 for intra day.
ReplyDeletePlz sugest.
Sir why reliance is moving so high , is any news is there or just short covering.
ReplyDeletemusti, avoid intraday trade in options.
ReplyDeleteMorning low of ABAN of 1520 is just broken.
ReplyDeleteHi Kadialiji
ReplyDeleteIs GE Shipping worth a buy now? All shipping stocks are going up except this.
Regards
Siva
Kadiyali Ji,
ReplyDeleteAt what level should I book profit in one lot out of my two (shorted at 1531). Please advise.
Regards,
Sir, can Reliance industries be short in futures ,from these current levels? kindly suggest
ReplyDeleteNifty finding strong support at 4800....
ReplyDeleteKadiyali Sir
ReplyDeleteNF & ABAN taking U turn, I hope it will again turn as per your prediction.
Sir nf rises very fast in last 10 min.premium rises to 6 points from spot.
ReplyDeletei supose it can touch sl or go beyond it also?
NF running UP quicker than DOWN.. thats might be showing the trend for today.. short squeez is around..
ReplyDeleteseems 4850 will hit today itself
ReplyDeleteSir,
ReplyDeleteIn case NF closes above shorting price,is it advisable to carry them overnight?
Kadiyali sirs NF target for the day has been tched on the upper end...lets hope it does for the lower as well. Still fingers crossed.
ReplyDeleteI think this is a chance created to squeeze shorters & getting out of long positions.
ReplyDeleteNf not go beyond 4845-4855 & might corect & fall in the end.
Views expected.
NO views..only pounding hearts and crossed fingers !!!
ReplyDeleteJust hoping the NF high as of now remains the high for the day just near our SL..
ReplyDeleteeverything crossed at the movement..
SAme here.. NO Views. More than pounding hearts and fingers FUSED!!!
ReplyDeleteThere is a correction pending for last 2 days might it occurs today or tomorrow or on friday but 1 fall in NF is there in my views.
ReplyDeleteThere is a correction pending for last 2 days might it occurs today or tomorrow or on friday but 1 fall in NF is there in my views.
ReplyDeleteEuropean markets have turned into green
ReplyDeletelets hope 2:30 factor helps ;)
ReplyDeleteReliance is the culprit !!! sue it !!!
ReplyDeleteKadiyali sir..
ReplyDeletemarket breadth is neutral as of nwo 23:27 adv:decline.. wat does ur data suggest? please share ur views when possible..
we let u study the scenario..
Dear Kadiyali,
ReplyDeleteFII net bought 2000 cr within NIFTY Level 4780-4830. So why should they allow the market to fall before taking profits atleast at 4900 levels ?
Regards
NF now 4819. Book Loss.
ReplyDeleteIn the last 2days Nifty spot did not close above 4815 though it is tradiing just above now... so need to watch that close to take further action??? Market breadth 24:26 Adv:Dec
ReplyDeletesir
ReplyDeleteNeed to sqare off ABAN also or wait
Sir, can overnight position be taken?
ReplyDeletewht abt aban
ReplyDeleteKadiyali Sir, what about ABAN?
ReplyDeleteSir: can we carry this overnight or let the SL hit??
ReplyDeleteAban intraday trades may be squared off. Futures position can be carried over to tomorrow.
ReplyDeleteSir what about NF? can they be carried overnite ?
ReplyDeleteThanks Sir.. will carry NF positions to tomorrow;
ReplyDeleteNifty is likely to fall tomorrow & Friday, bulls are ensuring that nifty is kept above 4800 till then, so as to distribute at higher level. Today also one more range bound is seen.
ReplyDeleteSir what kind of closure do u expect for today ?
ReplyDeleteDear Kadiyali,
ReplyDeleteIs there any chance/loop holes to join your option blog now. I have already transfered the subscription but got reply there is no slots available. Looking for your reply.
viki_blr
Sir I have avgd a few more lots of NF , now avg price at 4825. Kindly suggest if I should carry it for tomm n day after ?
ReplyDeleteSurprisingly...
ReplyDeleteUS Futures moving up from -45 to -25 already.. n FTSE also in green???
Raising RSI n MACD also..??? really confusing..
Squared off one aban lot shorted at 1530, and one carrying for tomorrow.
ReplyDeleteSirji,
ReplyDeleteThis has not been a good week so far for us. Everybody expecting a fall but that "ELUSIVE" fall continues to elude all of us..
Hoping to recover the losses in coming 2 days..
From last 3 days, just shorting the Nifty only to see it going up and then cut the position by booking loss :(
kadiyali sir,
ReplyDeleteYour report for the week had a 4550 target. Has anything changed or is it still intact?
Vijay, the Early Bird Scheme of Options Blog as well as NF SMS BLOG have been devised in such a low rate compared to what is prevailing in the market, only keeping in mind SMALL INVESTORS in mind. But many people feel it is not worth, and dont grab that opportunity. It is only in the days to come, they realise they missed a chance.
ReplyDeleteNow Option Blog is full & nothing can be done. I know same thing will happen for SMS GROUP too. Now Early Bird Scheme is on, but they will feel it is not worth. Once the cut off is over, in course of time, all of those who do not grab it will feel. But it will be too late. Whether option blog or SMS Group the Early Bird rates are very very low.
Carrying nifty future short for tomorrow could be risky...may get stuck till 5000...
ReplyDeleteWill assess the situation tomorrow and take decision
Kadiyali Sir, your opinion on carrying the shorts for the week is awaited eagerly.
ReplyDeleteShort or Long, carrying overnight position in NF is not at all advisible. Why carry head ache home, when the same level will be availabe afresh next day, or some times even better level?
ReplyDeleteThanks kadiyali
ReplyDeleteHi Kadiyali,
ReplyDeleteWhy cant u start your own web site so that 100 people limitation will not be there ..
regards
Shine
even aban

ReplyDeleteTBQ 157100

What this mean? does it mean that there are more buyers than sellers?
Also for call options, more sell quantity than buy quantity
