Nifty Futures 11AM Call
11AM...Nifty Futures opened today at 5019 against its previous close of 5030, and is currently trading at 5009. It has so far recorded a HIGH of 5026 & a LOW of 5000. Asian cues are mixed, US futures are flat, and European markets may open in positive today. Nifty may trade with high volatality but within a small range of 70-80 points due to nearness to expiry. Trading range of NF today is likely to be 4970-5040.
Market Closing Report
Nifty futures closed the day at 4966, down 66 points, after touching a high of 5026 & a low of 4951.
NIFTY OUTLOOK
Nifty continued its trade above 5000 for a substantial part of the day but faced last hour sell off to close at 4970, down 50 points. FIIs net bought 1749cr & DIIs net bought 500cr. Nifty will now test its next support at 4930, the breaking of which can see a steep fall.
Nifty levels for 24.09.09 Thursday are: PIVOT 4986, R1 5015 & R2 5060, S1 4941 & S2 4912.
